I do realize that not everyone wants the Model of Orthanc, Steed of Many Colours or the other one, but there are some that still want to collect them. To fix this, I would also like to suggest making these raids worth going back and running at max level.

It's insanely difficult to get quality players, or at the very least form a raid, for T2 Tower of Orthanc and be able to knock out all 5 of the challenges inside, because no one ever runs it on a regular basis. Please give me back my enjoyment of soloing these raids and instances that, once again, no one ever runs on a regular basis, on the regular servers. Now that the legendary servers have Moria, that has changed. I liked being able to solo things no one ever ran. I would appreciate it if these instances/raids would revert back to their original difficulties and see the same treatment as the rift got. We obviously cannot have everyone happy and satisfied and this makes me appreciate them leaving the rift difficulty alone and simply adding tiers 2 and 3. Being able to solo old, and outdated, instances and raids that no one ever ran was one of the things I looked forward to when I hit max level. That resulted in making Vile Maw, Filikul, Dar Narbugud and maybe the instance cluster as a whole (I didn't try the instances since I had completed all of my deeds the night prior) being difficult for my lvl 120 champion. It was not until when the legendary servers saw Mines of Moria being released again that people #ing and moaning about essence armor and the Moria instances and raids being too easy. Yesterday was when 23.4.1 was released and I don't know about you guys but one of the things I liked doing once I hit level 120 was going back to solo old, outdated instances and raids that no one runs anymore.
